Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in a rehabilitation and long-term care setting. This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care, monitoring patient conditions, and coordinating care plans to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
The RN will work closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to administer treatments, document patient progress, and support resident care needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care and ongoing clinical assessment
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor, document, and report patient conditions
Collaborate with healthcare team members on care plans
Support patients with rehabilitation and daily care needs

Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Ability to work night shifts and extended schedules
