Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in an acute care and/or skilled nursing environment. The RN will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and patient-centered nursing care while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

This role requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Respond to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns appropriately
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
  • Educate patients and families regarding care plans and discharge instructions
  • Support emergency response and critical care situations as needed

Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
  • Current BLS certification (AHA required)
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced or high-acuity environments
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Prior acute care or travel nursing experience preferred
