Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for an exciting assignment. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and ongoing care needs.
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and emergencies.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
