REQUIREMENTS
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing
Current BLS Certification required
ACLS Certification preferred
Previous skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or acute care experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Proficiency in medication administration and clinical documentation
Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
Commitment to providing high-quality patient-centered care
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and promptly communicate significant changes to physicians and healthcare team members
Coordinate and oversee resident care activities
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, physicians, and support personnel
Educate residents and families regarding treatment plans and healthcare needs
Ensure compliance with infection-control policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Respond effectively to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions
Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life
