The role requires administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Nurses will monitor and report changes in resident conditions. Accurate and timely documentation is expected to be completed. Nursing care must align with facility policies. Supervising certified nursing assistants is a key responsibility. Responsibilities include being organized and detail-oriented. Excellent communication skills are necessary, along with a personable and professional demeanor. Nurses must collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Flexibility with scheduling needs is required as the position demands every other weekend work. Dependability and consistent attendance are essential for success in this role. Compliance with facility guidelines and regulations is necessary. Completion of required modules post-offer is mandatory prior to the assignment start date.
