As a Registered Nurse in our Long Term Care unit, you will provide direct and indirect care to residents, fostering a therapeutic environment. Your role involves using effective communication techniques to understand and manage behaviors associated with dementia. You will also support patients in transitional rehabilitation, offering skilled nursing and rehab services for short-term recovery. Your teamwork and flexibility are vital in ensuring quality care 24/7.
