The role involves caring for residents with no acute care needs. You will manage a ratio of 1 RN for 20 residents, with LPNs and CNAs supporting patient care. Duties include direct patient care, assessments, documentation, and implementation of the nursing plan of care. You will supervise LPN and CNA colleagues and oversee medication administration. Excellent communication, flexibility, and delegation skills are highly desirable. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in a long-term care setting. A Client RN license and BLS certification from the American Heart Association are required.
