Travel Nurse RN - Long-Term Care - $2,230 to $2,233 per week in Soldotna, AK

Central Peninsula Hospital is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week Long-Term Care (LTC/SNF) travel assignment. The RN will provide individualized, resident-centered nursing care while utilizing the nursing process and maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and quality care.

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to long-term care residents.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor patient conditions and document care using EPIC.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and nursing standards.

• Active Alaska Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience.
• BLS Certification (Required).
• COVID-19 Vaccination (Required).
• BSN preferred but not required.
• Experience with EPIC charting is preferred.
