Job Overview
Central Peninsula Hospital is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week Long-Term Care (LTC/SNF) travel assignment. The RN will provide individualized, resident-centered nursing care while utilizing the nursing process and maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and quality care.
Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to long-term care residents.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
Monitor patient conditions and document care using EPIC.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and nursing standards.
Requirements
Active Alaska Registered Nurse (RN) License.
Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience.
