Job OverviewCentral Peninsula Hospital is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week Long-Term Care (LTC/SNF) travel assignment. The RN will provide individualized, resident-centered nursing care while utilizing the nursing process and maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and quality care.
Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to long-term care residents.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Monitor patient conditions and document care using EPIC.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and nursing standards.
Requirements- Active Alaska Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience.
- BLS Certification (Required).
- COVID-19 Vaccination (Required).
- BSN preferred but not required.
- Experience with EPIC charting is preferred.
