Job Overview
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care within a skilled nursing facility. This role involves delivering direct nursing care, monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and supporting interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective outcomes.
The RN will play a key role in maintaining clinical standards, promoting patient safety, and supporting resident-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care and ongoing clinical assessment
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document patient conditions and changes
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Support care planning and patient care coordination
Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
Ensure compliance with facility policies and clinical standards
Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico
State-issued identification required
