Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will deliver direct nursing care, support care planning, and ensure safe, patient-centered clinical outcomes.

This role requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care including assessments, medication administration, and monitoring
Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
Monitor and document patient conditions and progress
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs as needed
Ensure compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols
Respond to changes in patient condition appropriately
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state
Completion of an accredited nursing program (Associate or Bachelor s Degree in Nursing)
