Travel Nurse RN - Long-Term Care - $2,327 per week in Mauston, WI

**Join Our Team as a Weekend Nursing Home Registered Nurse!** Job Description: POSITION SUMMARY: Become an essential part of an extraordinary team dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare! As a Nursing Home Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and assisting with day-to-day nursing activities. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: - Communicate promptly with physicians and families about significant changes in resident conditions - Complete all applicable resident assessments with precision - Administer medications while adhering to the "5 Rights" - Perform wound care and assessments as needed - Support CNAs by answering call lights and responding to resident needs - Monitor residents for any changes in condition - Take the lead on the floor by assessing and directing situations as necessary - Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to the Director of Nursing and Administrator - Maintain accurate resident records with thorough and precise charting - Perform other duties as requested REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Two-year degree in nursing required; four-year degree in nursing preferred - Must hold and maintain a Wisconsin Registered Nursing license - Current CPR/BLS certification required - Preferred: 1+ years of related work experience - Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail Shift Information: - Weekend PM Shift: 2pm-10:30pm (3 shifts) - Saturday: 2:00pm - 10:30pm - Sunday: 2:00pm - 10:30pm - Wednesday: 2:00pm - 10:30pm - Additional shifts: - Friday: 6:00am - 8:30am - Saturday: 6:00am - 8:30am - Sunday: 6:00am - 8:30am **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
