Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Long Term Care- Deliver high-quality nursing care to post-op adults needing rehabilitation
- Collaborate with medical teams to provide holistic care
- Participate in the assessment and development of care plans
- Document patient progress within the EPIC charting system
Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Long Term Care- Valid RN license to practice in WV
- BLS Certification
- Experience in Long Term Care or related specialties
- Familiarity with EPIC systems preferred
