Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Long Term Care for a 13-week travel assignment in Canton, SD. This role involves working in a post-acute care setting, focusing on a diverse patient mix including memory care, dementia, and ortho. The ideal candidate will thrive in an environment of 8 and 12-hour shifts with every other weekend and holiday rotation.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents with LTC needs
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure optimum patient outcomes
- Perform assessments and administer medications as prescribed
- Document patient information in the Point Click Care (PCC) system
- Participate in facility orientation and training sessions
Requirements of the Registered Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care- Current RN license and ability to practice in SD
- BLS Certification
- Experience in a long-term care or similar setting preferred
