Long Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) – Hawaii
Location: Hilo, HI
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Varied 8-hour shifts (including weekends & holidays)
Join a Long Term Care unit located on the Hilo. You'll provide compassionate nursing care for LTC residents, including assessments, medication administration, admissions/discharges, treatments, and coordination with the interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
Resident assessments and nursing care
Medication administration
Admissions and discharges
Notify MD/NP of changes in condition
ADL assistance
Gastrostomy tube care
Urinary catheter care
Nebulizer treatments
Wound VAC management
CPAP and tracheostomy care
Other assigned LTC nursing duties
Requirements
Active Hawaii RN License or must apply upon offer acceptance (license required by start date)
Minimum 3 year of RN experience
Current BLS (AHA)
Experience in Long Term Care preferred
Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays
