- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in our Long-Term Care unit, including medication administration, assessments, care planning, documentation, and coordination with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Have current Long-Term Care or skilled nursing experience, strong communication and clinical assessment skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Active Hawai i RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Long-Term Care or skilled nursing experience
- Experience with electronic medical records
- Ability to work the assigned schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
