Seeking an experienced **Long-Term Care Registered Nurse (RN)** for a travel assignment in beautiful Hawaii. Join a compassionate team providing exceptional care to residents in a Long-Term Care setting.
Requirements:
• Active Hawaii RN License
• Minimum 3 year of recent Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience
• Current BLS Certification
• Experience with Cerner or other Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient care skills
• Ability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
Assignment Details:
• 13-week contract
• Must be available for all shifts
• Holiday coverage required
• Cerner EMR
• W-2 employment only (No 1099)
Responsibilities:
• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to LTC residents
• Perform patient assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Administer medications and treatments safely
• Develop and update individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner EMR
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes promptly
• Educate residents and families regarding care plans and treatments
