Job Description:

• Assess patients and provide safe, compassionate nursing care based on physician orders and care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures while monitoring patient responses.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition and respond appropriately to emergencies.
• Develop and update care plans and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatments, and care needs.
• Supervise and delegate duties to nursing staff according to scope of practice.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and comply with nursing standards, policies, and safety regulations.
