Resposibilities :
- Conduct patient phone triage with professionalism and clinical expertise
- Provide guidance and education to patients over the phone
- Assist with rooming patients and giving injections when needed
- Document patient interactions accurately in Meditech
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
