Job Title: Travel RN – Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing | Nights | 13 Weeks

Location: Hugo, Colorado

Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in an Extended Care Unit / Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about providing high-quality care to residents in a skilled nursing environment.

Assignment Details:

• Start Date: 04/20/2026
• End Date: 07/18/2026
• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Shift: 12-Hour Nights (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
• Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (flexibility required)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• On-Call: Required on Sundays and for call-offs/PTO coverage

Pay & Benefits:

Weekly Pay: $2,088 – $2,232

Weekly Stipend: $1,224 (non-taxable, if eligible)

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records

Requirements

Requirements:

• Active Colorado RN License
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience, preferably in LTC or SNF setting
• Strong clinical and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Certifications Required:

• BLS (AHA preferred)
