• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum2–5 years of nursing experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills
• Previous management or charge nurse experience preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to supervise staff, manage schedules, and ensure quality care
