Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate activities of nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care
- Monitor patient conditions and review nursing care plans
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to nursing staff
- Assist in staffing, scheduling, and shift assignments
- Respond to patient or staff concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and safety standards
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
