Key Responsibilities
As an LTC Registered Nurse, you will:

Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Support residents and families with education and emotional care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
Active RN license in the state of Maryland (or eligibility to obtain)
BLS certification required
Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred
Strong communication, compassion, and clinical judgment skills
