Key Responsibilities of the RN - Long Term Care- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a Long Term Care setting
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient care and progress accurately
Requirements of the RN - Long Term Care- Active RN license in Pennsylvania
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in Long Term Care preferred
