Roles & Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in long-term care and skilled nursing settings
  • Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and administer medications as prescribed
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Monitor vital signs, wound care, and document patient progress accurately
  • Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
  Knowledge & Skills
