Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in long-term care and skilled nursing settings
- Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and administer medications as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor vital signs, wound care, and document patient progress accurately
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in geriatric nursing and patient-centered care
- Proficiency in medication administration and wound care
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations for skilled nursing facilities
- Excellent documentation and electronic health record (EHR) skills
- Team collaboration and patient advocacy
