Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. This position involves providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assess and monitor patient health status and needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment options.
  • Maintain comprehensive patient records and documentation.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training programs to enhance professional development.

Qualifications

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of patient care and safety standards.

Position based in Dallas, TX.
