Job Summary
Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse (RN) position in Berlin, Wisconsin. This role involves providing clinical care in a long-term care facility with a focus on post-acute and LTC patients. The assignment includes working 12-hour day shifts, with a guaranteed minimum of 36 hours per week, for a contract duration of 12 weeks, starting as soon as possible.

Job Details

  • Location: Berlin, WI
  • Schedule: 12-hour days, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: WI RN license; AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Associates Degree or Certificate; minimum of 2+ years of recent long-term care (LTC) experience; charting experience with Epic preferred and Pyxis highly preferred; strong travel experience preferred; wound care experience with the ability to follow medical doctor orders; PIV insertion and blood draw skills
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in post-acute and LTC settings; ability to float to Peabody Manor (40 miles); experience with wound care and following MD orders
  • Float: Float rotation may be required to Peabody Manor (40 miles)
  • On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
  • Orientation: 5 days total (including 1 day onboarding and 4 shifts with a preceptor)
  • Shift Notes: 12-hour days; missed shifts must be made up within 2 weeks of absence
  • Interview Days: Monday through Friday; interviews conducted via MSP interview types
