Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care
Location: Rochester, NY Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care Shift: Rotational 12-hour shifts (Days/Evenings/Nights) Hours: 48 hours per week
Required Qualifications
Active RN License – New York State license ONLY.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Long Term Care.
Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) ONLY.
Telemetry experience required.
Ability to work rotational 12-hour shifts, including days, evenings, and nights.
Ability to work 48 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
Assess residents' health conditions and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
Monitor vital signs, patient status, and changes in condition, taking appropriate action when needed.
Utilize telemetry monitoring skills and recognize changes in cardiac rhythms or patient status.
