Join a long-term care team as an Interim Unit Manager (RN) for a 12-week assignment working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with 40 guaranteed hours per week and no overtime required. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily nursing operations, supporting clinical staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining quality patient care standards, and assisting with staffing and care coordination. The ideal candidate is a strong nursing leader with experience managing teams in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment. Requirements: Active RN License required
Previous Unit Manager or Nursing Leadership experience required
Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills required
Experience with staff supervision, scheduling, and performance management preferred
Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations required
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality patient care required
