Job Summary:
California-based healthcare organization is seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations at a designated facility. The position involves clinical management and administrative coordination of a patient care unit, supporting quality, safety, and operational excellence. The Nurse Manager will provide leadership, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards of care.

Job Details:

  • Shift Schedule: Rotating shifts, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university; two (2) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience; RN - Registered Nurse State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Previous travel manager experience; ICU or pre/post-surgical background; hospital supervisor, house supervisor, or administrative nursing supervisor experience.
  • Additional Information: The role involves supervising patient care staff, coordinating administrative functions, facilitating staff education and performance evaluations, monitoring patient care quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The Nurse Manager will serve as a liaison to the healthcare provider and assist in unit goal planning and development.
