Vibra Travels is seeking a travel nurse RN Manager for a travel nursing job in San Bernardino, California.
VIBRA TRAVELS is looking for a CORPORATE TRAVEL REGISTERED NURSE with manager experience to join our team. We look for nurses with acute care experience in acute care, med surg/tele, and acute rehab.
Setting: Freestanding Acute rehab hospital / inpatient rehab hospital (ARU/IRF)
Scheduled: 5 x 8 's
Duration: 13 weeks

Qualifications/Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or in current program with a completion date of 2 years required.
• Minimum one (1) year of nursing management experience required.
• Minimum three (3) years of nursing experience required.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
• Previous acute rehab hospital / inpatient rehab care experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience and knowledge of operations, including staffing and scheduling, budget management, workflow
• planning and staff development.
• Ability to manage the practice of nursing within the mission of the hospital.
• Demonstrated ability to participate in recruitment and hire of qualified staff.
• Ability to project a professional image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
• Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace
