Clinical Resource & Value Analysis Nurse Manager
The Clinical Resource & Value Analysis Nurse Manager is responsible for leading and supporting the evaluation, review, and implementation of clinical products, equipment, and supplies across the healthcare system. This role collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to improve product standardization, optimize clinical outcomes, reduce unnecessary variation, and support cost-effective supply utilization initiatives.
The Nurse Manager serves as a liaison between clinical staff, leadership, and supply chain teams, providing expertise in value analysis, contract review, product assessment, and implementation planning. This position requires a strong clinical nursing background, particularly within perioperative and critical care environments, as well as experience with supply chain operations and healthcare procurement processes.
The ideal candidate is an experienced registered nurse with a strong perioperative or critical care background who understands clinical operations, product utilization, and healthcare supply management. They possess excellent communication and leadership skills and can effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive value-based decision-making, product standardization, and operational improvements across the organization.
