Job Summary Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) Cardiology/MedSurge Birmingham, AL This position involves providing direct patient care in a high-acuity medical-surgical unit with a focus on cardiology. The RN will be responsible for overseeing patient assessments, implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Years of Experience: 2+ years of clinical experience in acute care setting
Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week minimum
Additional Information:
First to float, including to like units and facilities within a 25-mile radius
Responsible for care of pre and post-heart catheterization patients, general cardiology, and med-surg patients (e.g., chest pain, hypertension)
Must have experience with Medsurge and Cardiovascular care preferred
Must be flexible, dependable, friendly to staff and patients, open to correction, and adaptable to unit needs
Dress code: Navy scrubs
