Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Medical Surgical Floor (MS) Registered Nurse (RN) for a night shift position in a facility located in Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas. This role involves providing high-quality patient care on a 40-bed medical-surgical unit, with a patient ratio of 1:6. The RN will be responsible for delivering compassionate and efficient care to adult patients, adhering to facility policies and standards.

Job Details:

• Location: Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas
• Shift: Nights (12-hour shifts)
• Schedule: Nights, 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  • Certifications: ACLS, BLS
  • Education: Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • Experience: 1 to 2+ years of medical-surgical nursing experience
  • Location: Must be greater than 60 miles from the facility to be considered travel
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with adult patient care in a medical-surgical setting
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Additional Information:
  • Unit features 40 beds and utilizes Meditech electronic health record system
  • Unit specializes in adult care including common diagnoses and treatments associated with medical-surgical patients
  • Dress code requires navy scrubs
  • Candidates are expected to submit a full submittal packet including resume, candidate self-assessment skills checklist, and general comments
  • To be considered for travel, candidates must be located more than 60 miles from the facility
