Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., approximately 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, 1+ year recent travel nursing experience, and 1-2+ years Med Surg experience. Certifications include BLS and Telemetry experience required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Cerner electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Float: Float rotation may be required, as there may be a need to cover adjacent units.
- Additional Information: The role involves general medical administration, remote telemonitoring with a monitor technician, and caring for post-operative patients. The facility has 352 beds, with a 21-bed Med Surg unit handling around 585 patient visits monthly, including specialties such as post-op surgical, bariatrics, and oncology.
