Job Summary
Medical Surgical RN (Registered Nurse) Nights Located in the healthcare organizations medical surgical unit. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to adult patients with a variety of diagnoses, including medicine, colorectal surgery, urology, plastic surgery, orthopedic reconstructions, bariatric surgery, general surgery, and orthopedic spine surgery. The position requires the ability to work within a team to deliver safe and effective patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

• Position / Specialty: RN/MS Nights Medical Surgical Floor, working nights from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a schedule of 12-hour shifts and minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in the applicable state, BLS certification, 2 years of clinical experience in a Medical Surgical setting, experience with charting on EPIC, and at least 1.5 years of overall clinical experience. Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience and a minimum of 2 years overall experience.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Travel experience not required; candidates who are first-timers accepted; must obtain ACLS certification if required by the facility. Must be willing to float within the scope to meet unit needs and cover on 3100 and 2100 units, involving adult patient populations with diagnoses including medicine, colorectal, urology, plastic surgery, orthopedic reconstructions, bariatric, general, and spine surgeries.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must have completed labs within 48-72 hours of signing and modules via WorkRamp, which must be completed at least 2 Fridays before the start date.
