Job Summary Medical Surgical Floor RN (Registered Nurse) The healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to provide expert nursing care in a medical-surgical setting. This role involves assessing patient health, implementing care plans, and executing delegated medical functions within established standards and guidelines.
Job Details
Schedule: Nights, 3 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice, BLS (American Heart Association) certification, ASN degree from an accredited School of Nursing, at least 1 year of nursing experience or relevant education, and ability to perform essential nursing duties
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree of Nursing and relevant certifications appropriate for the unit or service
Responsibilities include performing independent nursing functions, health assessments, patient education, therapy and treatment support, documentation, referral, and resource utilization
May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications and may be placed on-call during scheduled shifts
