Job Requirements

• Current Indiana RN license required
• BLS and ACLS required
• At least 1 year of medical-surgical nursing or acute care experience required
• Telemetry nursing experience required
• Strong skills in IV starts, nursing assessments, and telemetry monitoring
• ICU drip experience preferred
• Cerner experience preferred
• PALS preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate care to adult med-surg and telemetry patients
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing patient monitoring
• Manage IV starts, medications, and routine acute care interventions
• Monitor telemetry data and communicate changes in patient condition promptly
• Support progressive care and swing-bed patient needs as assigned
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote positive patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
• Adapt to a consistent night-shift schedule while delivering high-quality nursing care
