Job Requirements

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse license in hand
• Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Cerner experience required
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend rotation
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and efficient care to adult Med/Surg patients
• Monitor patient status, perform assessments, and respond to changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments according to plan of care
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support positive outcomes
• Document patient care accurately in the Cerner electronic health record system
• Support unit flow and maintain a calm, professional presence during busy shifts
• Float as needed in accordance with unit needs and clinical experience
