Job Summary: Medical Surgical Floor Registered Nurse (RN) position located in the healthcare provider's facility. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to adult patients on a medical-surgical unit, adhering to established clinical protocols and standards to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.
Job Details:
Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours shift hours, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Valid drivers license or state identification, current license to practice as a registered nurse, successful completion of UHS skills checklist and employment forms, and recent clinical experience in medical-surgical nursing.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a medical-surgical setting, certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), and familiarity with electronic medical records.
Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
Additional Information: The position requires adherence to standard nursing procedures and protocols, including patient assessments, medication administration, and documentation. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
