Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shift hours, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Current, valid RN license in Colorado. BLS certification. At least 1 year of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care hospital setting, preferably within the past 12 months.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Additional professional certifications related to medical-surgical nursing are advantageous.
• Provides direct patient care across various units of the medical-surgical floor, including performing assessments, devising care plans, executing interventions, and evaluating patient progress.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care planning and patient safety.
• Documents all patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
• Participates in quality improvement activities and adheres to evidence-based practice guidelines.
• Interacts with patients, families, physicians, and external healthcare providers to coordinate care and ensure effective communication.
• Must be able to respond quickly to patient needs, use proper body mechanics, and lift up to 75 pounds when necessary.
• Performs all duties according to established policies, procedures, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
