Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of bedside clinical experience required; 2 years preferred
• BLS certification required prior to first shift
• ACLS certification required prior to first shift
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting
• Experience with rehabilitation nursing or medical-surgical patients is highly valued

Responsibilities

• Complete nursing assessments for all patients within the required timeframe
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
• Deliver timely, accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Support patient education and discharge planning from admission through discharge
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the charge nurse, physician, and care team
• Supervise and guide ancillary nursing personnel as appropriate
• Promote safety, teamwork, and a positive environment for patients, families, and staff
• Participate in unit collaboration, professional growth, and ongoing learning
