Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice or a valid compact RN license; BLS certification is required. Experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred, with a minimum of 0 years.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred; professional certification is advantageous.
- Additional Information: The position involves assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for adult patients on a medical-surgical floor. Responsibilities include reviewing patient histories, developing and executing care plans, delegating tasks appropriately, documenting patient progress accurately, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
