Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a dynamic medical/surgical unit focused on innovation in nursing practice. The RN will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care while adapting to new technologies and practices.
This position will operate on an AM shift with every other weekend requirement. Holiday rotation is part of the role, and staff must be prepared to work one summer and one winter holiday. Each week, staff will self-schedule within assigned groups, which are rotated every scheduling period.
Maintain patient care ratios of 1:6 to ensure staff can provide focused and individualized attention to all patients.
All requests for time off (RTO) must be included in submission covers and in assignment confirmation documents. Staff should be available to work during designated holiday requirements based on the number of holidays included in the assignment.
