Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 13-bed Medical Surgical unit within a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital
• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care during night shift hours, including weekend and holiday shifts as part of the expected rotation
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in an acute care setting
• Float to a 6-bed critical care unit as needed based on staffing and patient census
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Washington or compact state eligibility
• Prior experience in an acute care or Medical Surgical nursing setting
• Current BLS certification required
• Ability to commit to a 13-week contract assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or step-down experience strongly preferred due to float coverage to the critical care unit
• Experience working in a Critical Access Hospital or rural healthcare environment
• Familiarity with a fast-paced, multi-acuity patient population
