Job Summary Medical Surgical Floor Registered Nurse in Vermont. This role involves providing comprehensive care to adult and occasional pediatric patients in a 25-bed critical access hospital. The position offers opportunities for clinical growth, teamwork, and engagement in a supportive rural healthcare environment.
Shift Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Current Vermont RN license or Compact Multi-State RN License, BLS (American Heart Association), ACLS (American Heart Association), minimum of 3 years recent acute care RN experience.
Additional Responsibilities: Serve as Charge RN when needed; provide care involving medical, surgical, observation, swing bed, outpatient, and occasional pediatric services; collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.
Preferred Qualifications: Meditech experience; charge RN experience is a plus.
Float: Float rotation may be required.
