• Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients with varying levels of acuity across the age spectrum
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care using the nursing process
• Document patient findings, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the EMR
• Direct patient care activities and support positive patient outcomes
• Collaborate with ancillary staff, providers, and coworkers regarding patient conditions and care plans
• Support Med/Surg patient care needs in a fast-paced critical access hospital environment
