Job Overview
We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Acute Care Registered Nurse to provide safe, high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and monitor for therapeutic responses or adverse reactions
Monitor, document, and report changes in patient conditions
Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
Modify treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical assessment
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care while ensuring patient safety
Requirements
✅ Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
✅ Recent acute care nursing experience preferred
✅ Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✅ Knowledge of medical terminology
✅ Ability to triage and assess acute patients effectively
✅ Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and high-quality care
