Job Overview

We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Acute Care Registered Nurse to provide safe, high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and monitor for therapeutic responses or adverse reactions
  • Monitor, document, and report changes in patient conditions
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Modify treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical assessment
  • Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care while ensuring patient safety

Requirements

  • ✅ Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • ✅ Recent acute care nursing experience preferred
