• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Schedule: Every other weekend

Job Requirements

• Active RN license in Massachusetts, or eligibility to obtain one
• At least 1 year of recent Med-Surg nursing or acute rehab nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and time management skills
• Experience with IV maintenance, central lines, PICCs, ports, TPN, and IV medication administration preferred
• Ability to care for patients with complex medical histories, telemetry monitoring, wounds, and post-acute rehabilitation needs
• Comfort working in a team-focused, patient-centered healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality bedside nursing care for adult rehab patients with complex medical needs
• Perform comprehensive assessments, monitor patient progress, and update care plans as needed
• Administer medications and IV therapies safely and accurately
• Manage patients with telemetry, wounds, central lines, PICCs, ports, and TPN support
• Collaborate closely with nurses, patient care assistants, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Support patients recovering from polytrauma, burns, major surgeries, prolonged ICU stays, and other complex conditions
• Promote patient comfort, safety, mobility, and independence throughout the rehabilitation process
